01 General

• Legally Binding Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Suba Perfume House.

• Cash on Delivery: COD may be available only in selected locations. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict COD orders based on applicable criteria.

04 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the product may pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier, subject to applicable law.
• Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

09 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts in Kamrej, Surat, Gujarat, India, subject to applicable law.
